Ingredients

Idly Rawa, Foxtail Millet Rawa, Jowar Millet Rawa, Littel Millet Rawa, Rice Flakes Flour, Iodized Salt, Acidity Regulator (INS 330), Raising Agent [INS 500(ii)].

Storage & shelf life

Transfer to an airtight container after opening. Use soon for best freshness. Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture. Use a clean, dry spoon.

Cooking Instruction

Step 1: Add 1.5–2 cups of water to 1 cup of Ready Mix Millet Dosa. Stir to make it lump-free.
Step 2: Spread one cup of batter on a heated tawa.
Step 3: Add a spoonful of ghee or oil and cook both sides on a medium flame.
Serve hot.
Note: Adjust water based on your consistency.
